Now, it’s time to put theory into practice. In small groups, you’ll conduct a role-play interview with the trainer, who will act as the Initiative Lead. Each group focuses on one of the core change impacts: an end-user solution change, a backend technical change, or an organizational culture change. Take notes, engage with the interview process, and collaborate with your peers.
